Shipping policy

All orders ship from Florida. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process and pack your order before it ships.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs for these states will be calculated at checkout.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please email us right away at info@doghorn.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either replace or refund your order as needed.
